Many thanks to those of you who have offered to run a stall at this year's show. A rundown of who has offered to do what now appears in the first post. If I've forgotten anyone please pm me asap so I can add you in and if anyone else wants to take part again please pm me.
Unfortunately this year the club cannot supply prizes as funds ain't what they used to be. I can however throw in some Club baseball caps. We'll need to rely on your generosity with regard to prizes for your particular stands/games.
I also note that a number of folks who have posted that they are coming have yet to actually book in. You don't want to miss this one - should be the biggest to date!!

We'd like to really jazz up the Kombicabana inside this year to reflect the Mardi Gras atmosphere. If there's anything you can bring along to add to the ambience that will fit within the awning then please do. Ta

There are just 5 Electric Hook-Up pitches available for the Friday and Saturday nights now that we know the requirements for the show. These are priced at £18 per Kombi per night. Rather than do a lottery we are going to auction these EHU pitches in the form of private message bids to Scooby by 1st May. Your bid can be high or low, the minimum cost is only £36.00 so anything above this is pure profit to be donated to our club charity: Cancer Research. Last few days now to bid for an EHU at this year's show. Remember the cost is £18 per night. Anything you bid OVER that price will go to our club charity of Cancer Research UK. If you are unsuccessful, you just revert to a grass pitch - YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY YOUR BID IF YOU DON'T GET AN EHU. Go on .... take a risk. You might need the electrickery to run your fan heater ......
We will be auctioning 5 EHU places for the 2015 KOMBI Sleepover at this year's show - so get ready with your bidding hands.
