I know it's incredibly frustrating that the weather is so pants at the moment and all you really want to do is get out in your BraziBay on some fun trips. Particularly if you've recently taken ownership of your Kombi.
What I suggest you do, is make good use of this enforced 'downtime' to read through the comprehensive threads on this very site to familiarise yourself with a host of things that it would be good to know before you start off this year's trips. For newbies, study the recommendations for future-proofing your investment ie. corrosion treatment, undersealing, waxing etc. If you've not camped out in your T2 yet then have a look at the awning/sun canopies that folks use, what kit they take with them. Make note of things that can go wrong whilst pitched/touring and what parts/solutions it would be prudent to have to hand to get sorted quickly.
If you're an experienced Kombi owner, think about those maintenance jobs/customisation plans you want to sort. What parts would you need? Why not get them ordered up so as soon as the weather clears you can get on with the job. Don't forget to tell us about it in the relevant sections.
When does your campervan need an MOT and service? Get that into your diary - preferably way ahead of any long trips so it's in tip top condition to do battle with the open road.
Most importantly, where are you going to go this year? Given our membership numbers now, we've collectively travelled to a variety of locations in our BraziBays. Have a look through the Out and About section for some inspiration and great recommendations.
There's a wealth of information and advice here, it's free and has been collated by a load of experienced BraziBay owners. Use it!

Raining hard and blowing a gale and can't go out to play ...so decide to have a go at making a sink cover ...then decided to make 2 one for Feliz and one for the auction at the sleep over.
