Issue with Apple Devices Empty
PostSubject: Issue with Apple Devices   Issue with Apple Devices EmptySat Feb 22, 2014 9:19 pm

There's currently an issue with Apple devices that should you log out of the 'classic' version of the site, causes you to not be able to get back in, but only to the mobile version.

This is common to all Forumotion sites so I suspect won't be fixed until Monday.

So in the meantime, if you're accessing the site via an Apple device - DO NOT LOGOUT!!

Only time I logout is when our hosts do a software update and it forces me to.

Until this problem gets fixed there is a solution. Access the forum using Google Chrome and on the drop down menu select the desktop option.
