Sending Private Messages v Regular Posts

Please make sure you understand the difference between writing a post on the forum and sending a Private Message (pm) as recently a number of pms have been sent in error to All Members.

This causes everyone to check their inboxes and whilst it may be unintentional by the author to have initiated this, it can be annoying to some members. To the extent that we have lost a couple of registered members. Which is not good.
