There's a Harry Ramsdens at one end of where we're parking and a Harvester at the other. Take your pick as to which we can dive into! I bet it'll turn out just fine. On my way down there in an hour or so.   

The time before last that we went, we took sheltee at the harvester as it was so cold. When we came back out it was lovely & we were on the beach til after 7.

The weather may prevent some of the potential activities we could have undertaken, but either way it will be a unique Brazi Bay Beach Day!

Are we still optimistically aiming for an evening beach barbie?! Won't be able to join you at any restaurants as we'll have Poppy the Border Terrorist with us. Will bring food with us tho. Planning to go shopping shortly so just wondering if we're risking the soggy burgers & sausages or not?!!!  
It has been said there's no such thing as bad weather only bad clothing - hmmm. The forecast is for thundery showers, so you never know they may miss us!!!

We are still taking the BBQ and some Ribeye steaks for the evening.
Whether the climate will allow is another question.
The glass is half full not half empty as far as we are concerned - let's be positive.

That's the spirit!! The forecast for the evening looks dry & only for showers at times during the day - which are always a bit hit or miss & we all have great beach huts on wheels if we need them :-). Aiming for a daughter dependent early start! See you all tomorrow, looking forward to it

We are still hoping to go - but we have our grandsons , nearly 3 and 1 for the weekend , so although Scooby so packed and ready , if the weather is horrific we may think  twice  
2 screaming babies in the wet  won't be fun for anyone - fingers crossed it will be dry and we will see u there

We may come down later this afternoon. I was working last night, so need to count some sheep, will see what i'm feeling like after a few hours zzzzz.

What a superb day everyone! Thank you so much to the Scooby Krew for organising and to the Happyhouse Krew for liaising with the council. A simply lovely day spent with great people and superb Kombis.

A great day out, thanks Scooby. Even enjoyed the Scooby snacks, though not sure if that was because I was so hungry. Definitely a doo again event. And to think some people were concerned about thunderstorms.

Great day & not a thunderstorm in sight. Thanks to Scooby & Happy House for your efforts in organising it. Definitely must do it again, thanks to all for making us newbies feel so welcome again. Sorry for the annoying squeaky Border Terrorist! Hope all of you who are off to France have a fantastic time.

Thanks for your comments - think it is something we should doo again.
