Still trying to work out the logistics but as I didnt want to lose the ferry booking I've booked for the 20:15 Portsmouth > St Malo on Saturday 5th !! Booked to come back on the 19th from Santander as we would like to visit friends in the south for the second week (hopefully I will have built up my French-driving courage by then !!!)......... Re the Kombi-Konvoy - please dont drive too fast .... its my first time abroad in Louie and YES its an AquaBay Tim!!!  Be gentle with me !!

Hi Swansal, I've updated the first post to include you, but just checking if this means you'd only want one week at the site.

We didn't go over 73 miles an hour this summer if that helps

Ha ha Als .... Louie doesnt like going over 65    !!!!! Yes , probably looking at 1 week on the campsite (or perhaps 10 days) before venturing south.

Martin, we had a grand espace pitch last year - we were thinking of going bigger this year as it wasn't all that 'grand' - will it be possible to book different size pitches that people require?

We are on the I'll de re right now. Beautiful beach and hot and sunny.

If we can get the time off work in school hols we may like to join you i if allowed

You're pushing your luck now, Angela! I'll see what I can do when I speak to them, but I supect if we can all get together it'll be a case of taking what we're given.

Hi, sorry if I've caused confusion - we want to be booked in together but are wondering if there will be a variety of pitch sizes available to the group - as when we were there the spaces seemed to be made up of mixed pitch sizes?

Sorry, Als, I wasn't being awkward but I suspect that if I ask Kaperers what size pitch they want, it will be impossible to get 11 that please everyone and are all together. When we were there in 2015 we all had pitches that had different shapes and sizes.

It has been suggested that I try to get 1344 to 1365.

What the plan doesn't show us is where the pre pitched tents are from Eurocamp etc. That could make a difference to what is available.

Within the next 30 days I'll be contacting the site to start the booking process.

If you haven't already indicated that you're joining the Kaper, then please do so as quickly as possible. At the moment I need to book 11 pitches together - I suspect it may be difficult to add others in the BraziBay area later.

I've updated the first post - I've havent contacted the site yet but will be doing so very shortly.

Mrs HH went to Nice last week on a business trip. It has inspired her to learn French ready for next year's Kaper. CD's in the car and phrase books on the coffee table.
