I'm sure everyone will say behind the passenger seat but is there supposed to be something that holds it in place while driving?

We have a clip on the side of the cupboard and, effectively, just slide it into place.

Thanks for the reply Bumble

I have a clip at the top of the cupboard, did think that would be it but the tabletop is too thick. I suspect in that case it's been changed.

Also a small 'door-stop' on the floor which prevents the table from sliding out sideways

Mine used to rattle around and drive me made. I’ve now put a folded microfibre cloth between the table and the front seat and it’s wedged and rattle free now.

Scooby has a little stop screwed to the floor, which combined with the top catch, holds the table firmly in place. Smile

there is a clip on the side of the cabinet behind the passenger seat, but we stopped using the built in table many years ago (still have it and the pole) and we use a folding table which fits in the same spot.

Cheers all, looks like I either need to modify/change the existing clip or change the table . . .
