Has anybody out there ever fitted a swivel seat mechanism to the base of the drivers seat of a Brazilian Bay ? I used to own a t25 westfalia which had a swivel seat on the passenger side and it gave the cab a great deal more space.

They are easy to fit, I did ours recently. We had to cut a very small piece off the corner with a hacksaw but was very straightforward. on lining it up to the original holes they were a smaller hole but a quick turn with the correct size of drill bit sorted it out. One thing to look out for.. We have a LHD so when turning the seat there is not restriction (once you cut out the small corner piece) With the RHD with the passenger seat you may get restrictions due to the kitchen unit being behind it. I bought ht eplate from JK for £170 and took a couple of hours fitting it, but did take my time. Once its in it does male a huge difference.
