| Our beloved Wigan Warriors are through to the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley on Sat 27th August so we thought we'd drive down on Friday night and stop over, getting the train to Wembley on Sat morning.
I'm sure the collective knowledge of this forum must be able to suggest a Bay friendly site that would fit the bill.
Any suggestions? | |

| Ordinarily I would say stay somewhere near Reading as it's on the main train line just 30 mins from Paddington which is a short hop on the tube from Wembley.
However, the August bank holiday sees Reading overflow with thousands of Reading Rock Festival revellers and unless you're involved, is better avoided.
There area few sites around the Iver Heath/Langley area that might be worth investigating:
Home Cottage Farm, Iver - this is a Caravan Club Certified Location although their web site doesn't mention anything - www.homecottagefarm.co.uk - might be worth a call.
Lossie Nursery, Iver - this is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certifies Site that looks ok - Lossie Nursery
Hope this helps. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark
