Christmas Chat - Thursday 1st Dec 7pm - Online

I'd like to invite you to an online live chat session on the above date . It's virtually impossible for us all to get together for a Christmas drink but it is possible for us to do so virtually! You supply your own drink for this one - and you don't have to drive home either.

Peppa and I did a trial last night and it worked very well. When I've activated it, the chat box will appear on the home page - all you have to do is already be logged in as a member, then click 'login' into the chatbox and you're on. A box to the lhs of the screen will show all users who are in the chat room at the time. It would be great to see how many members we can get chatting at one time that night. The chat can only be seen by those logged in to the chat box, so you'll need to login if you want the goss.

You don't need any extra software or pc skills - the chat box will just appear - you type your message down the bottom right and press 'enter.' Simples!

We can use the emoticons to the right to cue the next round of drinks

Suppose I could miss the 'One show' if I must. Just one question, when you did the trial run was alcohol involved? I have enough trouble typing sober,so the results should be quite funny!

I go to the new 'her who must be obeyed's house' on a Thursday, so I don't think I will be too popular if I start playing Christmas songs, whilst she is trying to watch Eastenders, however I will try to give some input. Should be interesting experiment anyway.
