5 more and we've got a Kombikonvoy!

I now know that the ferry is so booked up on the original date ie. the Saturday, that we were going on that a group of 12 of us would not now get on. So it's good that we've moved the date by one day to the Sunday, however as soon as those holiday ads start on the telly on Boxing Day, it'll be a rush.

So in a desperate X-Factor-needing-votes-style, I need your reservations now please people!

If anyone is worried about driving in France the roads are a lot better than our roads and a lot less traffic and stunning scenery and very nice food so come on it will be ace and with a large group going we can look out for each other

Well I asked Ali (the wife) if she fancied a trip to France and her ears pricked up when I mentioned we would be staying at a chateau. I said that we would be staying in the camper not the actual chateau.
She is still not getting this camping lark.
However I must have caught her on a good day and like the man from Del monte she said yes.
Not sure yet if it will be us two or if my daughter will be coming and maybe one of her friends. When do you need to know the total amount of people in the van.
I never filled in the questionaire as I never thought we would be going so there must be more people who fancy it. The more the merrier
This will be our first time driving the camper abroad for us. Don't want to temp fate but which is the best European breakdown cover!!

And what a shame, we couldn't get on the Bilbao Ferry back on Thurs 29th August so we've got to stay two more days in Spain and come back on 31st! Never mind...
