Houlgate near Caen

Just had a week in Normandy with Yelloh Village Houlgate (Eurocamp are also at this site) - our first foreign camping trip.

A lovely clean site, new showers/toilet block, heated pools, etc.
Ideal to visit Bayeux, the landing beaches, Honfleur etc

We did get a few storms last week (a bit of an understatement!) - so will  be heading further south next year!

That looks like a lovely site and not too far to drive from the ferry in France. I think even the areas further south got those storms last week. You can never predict the weather!
Why not keep an eye on where the Kombi Kaper goes to next year. It was the best trip we've ever had in our Kombi.
