Finished unpacking aftet a lovely 3 weeks in Clachtoll on North West Coast, just bliss!

Sorted out insurance, collecting from BK Monday

Checked the oil, plugs, wheel nuts, put the leisure battery on charge... Ah and at some point I'll give her a wash and brush-up - rain bursts permitting.

Took one more load to the tip, cleaned up the inside and started packing for France.

Packed it with everything we need for the Kombi Kaper.

Drove to Nottingham and filled yoshi with a full danbury interior for claire's bay

Had help getting the rear drums off.
Brakes ok but the rear offside was binding. I knew I was getting air in the brakes somewhere.
Looks like the cylinder has blown a seal.
New cylinder tomorrow *sigh*

Did some research for some work I'm going to be doing over the next few months:-

Drove to Southampton, camped overnight - rained.

Drove to Dorchester, camped overnight - rained.

Drove to New Forest, camped overnight - sunny.

Drove home, via Southampton and Alton.

Saw a few bays on the roads, but no Brazibays.

Replaced my leaking brake cylinder and replace the other side for good measure.
Cleaned up my brake drums and sprayed them black.
Brakes feel right now and the handbrake is set right too.

My better half has been busy on the sewing machine making a new set of curtains to compliment the van. Have now got them in and are very pleased with the result. My contribution extended to putting in the poppers! (Team effort)  

Drove out to Hatchlands Park, near Guildford.

Had a nice afternoon walking round the grounds and then chilling by Bumble.

Took off the roof-rack and dismantled it, to sand-paper and then re-varnish the wooden slats.

Second coat today, then a third and (possibly) a coat of clear varnish to top it all off!

Packed and drove back from Kent after a fab weekend exploring and having fun with friends!

Parked it in a hotel car park near Weymouth for a well earned rest.

1 month of camping and approx 1,300miles.

Drove Bumble out of the drive to get the trailer out for my car; found out the wiring seemed a bit loose (as couldn't get all lights working). Put trailer back in garden and put Bumble back in the drive again!

Our first one will cover our first 5 years but an annual one there after seems a great idea ST.

Been meaning to do it for a while , already found loads more photos I wish I'd added.
