| Spent today, in between heavy rain showers, getting the interior of the van clean. Amazing where the sand gets to.

A one-piece RJES throttle cable fitted - amazing - what a difference!! A new clutch and clutch cable - now lovely and light again. New tappet adjusters - running peachy!
It was like driving a new Kombi home!! ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| Another round trip from Epsom to Southampton to Hastings and back completed.
Two nights sleeping in Bumble (Weds night quite cold - I had my hat on!) was good, but starting to get bored of the M27/A27.

| Came back from Paul Brand, Bumble having had a service. Nice greased throttle felt very smooth.
Went to Wisley (RHS) on the way back, as it was their free day for the year (saved just under £30!)

| Glad you now have a smooth throttle Bumble Scooby elected to not have the one piece throttle cable fitted when in for his recent service at Brand Autos as we have never had an issues unlike others. Paul also confirmed there was not a problem with the response from the existing Scooby throttle cable. ________________________________________________________________________________ Proud winners of Spike's Trophy 2017 Scooby - Born To Run | |
