| We are not attending the show - although we have been a number of times in the past - it is generally not a favourite for Brazi owners, but perhaps worth attending if you have not been.
Just interested in perceptions of the current show from a Brazi Bay owner - someone who might not need the parts from the many traders who will be attending.

| Was a nice show. Friday nice and quiet as the club's were still setting up. Even spoke with another kombi owner. Hopefully she will join the forum soon as she did not know about us. Out of interest scooby, why is it not considered a good show. What makes the others better? Being my first show it's hard to compare with anything. | |

| Doo not get me wrong - it is a good large show, but biggest is not always best. Having been 3 or 4 times in the past, camping the whole weekend each time, we know the set up.
By contrast, having been to Camperjam a similar number of times, we prefer this show, it has a better vibe! Many Brazibay members seem to like this show too, with club camping always well supported.
So doo attend as many shows as you can, it is always worth learning what each has to offer, but in our opinion Busfest is not for us. Having not been for a few years I am interested in a Brazibay viewpoint, by someone not totally refurbing their camper, without the need for many new parts etc. from the numerous traders.
Glad you seem to have enjoyed it and even met up with another Brazibay owner. ________________________________________________________________________________ Proud winners of Spike's Trophy 2017 Scooby - Born To Run

| Well I look forward to camperjam then. As I said I am new to all this and still finding what the scene has to offer. Glad to hear your view point though. Much appreciated. | |

| It was interesting to experience. I've never been to any kind of event like this before. It was largely T2/25 or T4/T5 parts but there were some useful bits. We finally managed to find a table stand to use our camper table outside and got some fun stickers. We did find a lady who makes camper curtains including for Brazilians so may finally get to change those hideous peach curtains. I can understand the issue though. We were only there for the day and I'd happily go for a day but there was very little else we would do in a whole weekend. We saw all of the traders and there was only a couple of day specific events we would have liked to have seen. | |

Busfest was the first event we went to and ordered new curtains from Sarah (of VW camper curtains). Happy to provide any advice - we went for double-sided blackout blinds, with magnets in the bottom corners, to help with the privacy. We only did one day at Busfest, as we had bought Bumble two days before and were driving from Sunderland to Surrey (yes, not the most direct route via Malvern!) We spent the day going round the stalls and talked to Neil about Litesteer and seeing it in action, before getting it fitted soon after. P.

| It all depends what you want from a show but for me vanfest will always be the best. | |
