When we had our flip TV installed we ended up having to go back to Danbury for it. They did a really good job but didn't come cheap. VW Kampers might now be able to fit them , probably worth giving Ian at VWK a call.

I'm not aware of anywhere in the Southampton area that's specific to our bays. There are however a number of Motorhome dealers that, I'm sure, will be able to help you out. Lets face it many of those boxes on wheels have TVs installed!

No disrespect - but aren’t flip down TVs a bit old hat now? Surely an in-dash Bluetooth compatible radio unit - which you have in a LE - plus an iPad positioned suitably would be more flexible? Listen to the iPad via the Kombi speakers.
You can use one of these headrest mounts to locate the iPad for rear seat passengers:
