Just got back from a 3 day trip back to base. When i booked a service and MOT for mid March This is not the weather i was envisaging
Ribblehead Viaduct on the Settle to Carlisle line
Ingleborough
Oakfield Farm Campsite, Horton about 5 miles from Danbury - no snow down South thank goodness
Now that's what I call a campervan - room for 4 Kombis inside
Whilst Priscilla was getting some TLC (the chunky kit-kats left in the glovebox for the mechanics did the trick she sailed the MOT) I took the loan car and headed into Bath
If you've never tried it I can recommend the new spa - It's in a Nicholas Grimshaw ultra modern building and on Monday morning the air temp was 5c but the thermal waters are 33.5c and it felt great in the open air roof top pool, steam rising and admiring the roof top views of Bath.

Great photo's.... It was lovely to see you again and the boys in the service department loved the kit - kats ! Bath is lovely and a great place to go in one of our loan cars for the day out. The Spa is well worth the visit too

Great pics by the way. We're headed back down on Friday on the train. Hoping the weather doesn't worsen for the drive back.
I kept a look out for Absinthe whilst I was in Yate but didn't spot her - she must be shy! I drove back up the M5/M6 a bit of a plod but straightforward enough and managed to maintain a steady 60mph.
Fuel prices at the services are still exhorbitant 1.49.99999 for petrol and £1.56 for diesel but luckily there are quite a few cheaper filling stations right on some of the junctions - J2 M5 was good ASDA @ £1.34.
see you soon
