| Think the price has increased quite a bit since the original post - Just been quoted £405 all in. Now have it booked in for next week | |

| I've been trying to locate a cycle carrier that also allows full use of the tow bar to pull a trailer. The last picture in your write up Tim appears to do just that. Do you happen to know who makes it? | |

| If you want to tow a trailer you will need a higher version of the one Tim has in his photo. Fits exactly the sake way also made by Pendle. We have one but not got a photo available at the moment. | |

| Take a look at MaxxRaxx (www.maxxraxx.co.uk) too, we have one and it has lots of useful features. This is us fully loaded with bikes and trailer in Portsmouth (queueing for the ferry) last year. It's a bit dark but you get the idea. We had the rack on with just one bike at the Holloween doo too. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

| I remember seeing yours at the Halloween bash Tallulah (it's about all I remember! ). Am I right in thinking that it tilts to allow access to the boot? | |

| Yep, it can be tilted with or without bikes on it and has a padlock on the towbar mount and another along with a security cable that passes through all the bikes to keep everything all locked up and safe. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

| Eddie had his Watling detachable tow bar fitted today. I turned up at 07.30 and was met by a friendly chap who said everything's ready for you. Great service. The job was completed by 09.30 and it's first class!

| Just asked Paul Brand to fit the same Watling detachable towbar on Bumble as Eddie and Max. Paul's going to have Bumble to do a few things and it not only saves a trip to St. Alban's, but a very early start | |

| Thinking of buying a teardrop caravan so will need a tow bar and iv'e just read your post Tim. looks and sounds good, you've had it fitted a couple of years now, would you still recommend one to go on a 11 plate aqua bay, or do you know of anything else that's come on to the market since....thanks. ________________________________________________________________________________ Timmm

| Had one fitted in Feb and would strongly recommend. The good news is that you can order the kit directly from Watling and then get a local fitter to put it on for you. | |

we are towing a quad bike on a trailer weighs in at about 550kg - copes quite well but you have to watch out on braking and it feels a little bit lurchy to start with (don't know how else to describe it! | |
