| Wasn't part of your handover from Danbury then?
I suggest you contact them and ask for one to be supplied. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay

| Hi all We have had a negative response from Danbury about the Jack, their records say it had one when sold but it didn’t, so they are not going to supply one. Not very helpful!!!! We are looking to purchase one, we are looking at Just Kampers and it says it comes without a handle so we will need to use original wheel brace which we don’t have . Does anyone have one of these Jacks and does it work with a normal socket set?. Thank you

| Thank you very much, we just had a look but this is their reply..... Hi There Can you tell me if this Jack will fit a Brazilian T2? Thanks 2 Question by: Nigel Tradewell on 3 Sep 2018 16:25:00 It won't. It's too short. A trolley jack is the safer way to raise your vehicle |

Hi There Can you tell me if this Jack will fit a Brazilian T2? Thanks 2 Question by: Nigel Tradewell on 3 Sep 2018 16:25:00 It won't. It's too short. A trolley jack is the safer way to raise your vehicle If they mean the spigot is too short, the one on mine (original Brazilian) is 4" long, (31/2" to where it splays). The Brazilian part number is 7X001103, which corresponds to the JK one. If that has a nut to raise the jack, the same socket or wheel brace you use for the wheel nuts should fit. I've never liked scissor jacks, they can twist if not seated properly, so I carry folding wheel chocks and a folding axle stand as extra support. A 4 tonne bottle jack doesn't take up much space either. Best of all if you don't mind taking up a bit more space is a 2 ton trolley jack, easily lifts one wheel.

| Thanks for the useful advice. We presumed Danbury had supplied Merlot with tools and a Jack, but unfortunately this is not the case. It is a shame we haven’t noticed until now. We are off to Camper Jam on Friday and a trip to Devon coming up, so we are trying to make sure we are carrying a jack and tools to change a wheel etc if we need to. It’s a bit last minute, but we’ll sort something out. Cheers, Badger. |

You may be able to buy one at Camperjam, or at least have a look at one of ours to check exactly what you're missing (or the range of different jacks that I'm sure we have! P.

| Sounds interesting Dazdub. Will we still need a wheel brace to use it, or can it be used with something else? Thanks, Badger :-) |

| Don't forget you will need a 'puller' to remove the hubcap before you can undo the wheel nuts osg | |
