| Thank you do much Ronnie Ringding, very kind. We are celebrating - picked up Daisy this afternoon, all sorted, sat inside her now with the heater on eating Toblerone | |

| After a crazy busy term at school, me & Norman are back on the forum.
Spent yesterday with Norman at the blue skies of St Anne's beach | |

| Serviced Bluebell: New HT leads (routing fun), new plugs (new knuckles please) and rotor arm. Found the worrying noise was loose exhaust manifold nuts. Adjusted the throttle cable (settled in since replacing recently). Tightened head bolts. Noticed an oil leak from the cylinder head/engine block joint. Adjusted the tappets. Replaced rocker cover gaskets. Sent Tailgate gas struts for re-gassing.
To do: Gear box oil. Leisure battery replacement. Lube all doors. ________________________________________________________________________________ I am an Engineer. I will fix this!

| Led a kolourful bunch of BraziBays home from France. Then showed a TT a clean pair of heels on the A3. Max was up for it! ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| In all respects indeed, and no, the TT wasn't going in the opposite direction! Just think it had a nervous driver! ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| Today we lived in our VW. The house is gutted as we have work done for damp problems, and the kitchen, lounge/dining and main bedroom look like a volcano has erupted. So we have decamped to live in the van, a bit like going on holiday without going on holiday. Likely to carry on like this for a couple of weeks, but having the Kombi is keeping the stress levels under control. | |

| ive been steadily putting together the interior of my van and have just laid the flooring, sound proofed the floor and sides and used thermal wrap as an insulator. its coming together and will be ready for full use next year. i managed to buy some microbus trim so have also put this on the back and sides of the front seats. | |

| Got some new curtains for Sunny, to replace the rather drab standard-issue ones. Also a couple of cushions and a table cloth to match.
Curtains are now up. Just need to sort out the press studs for the tie-backs now.
