BraziBikers London to Brighton Sunday 19th June 2016

Yep our two packs arrived! Looking forward to sorting out the Brazibay tops and getting some warm weather training!

Yep mine too.. Have had the bike out once but weather a tad windy this weekend so looking forward to the weather improving too. Talking with Marcus/Tim already regarding a top for thus years ride, keep you posted..

Anybody else signing up for the brazi bike ride , and has anybody started their training yet?
Might be cold out there but you soon warm up

Will be sending those who have indicated they've signed up and those that rode last year a PM shortly regarding T-Shirts for this years event... @MarcusH will be kindly producing the shirts once more.

BenV just signed up to this to ride in the Family Group.  We bet there are plenty of other teens in our community that would enjoy being part of the team too.  It's £35 each for under 18s.  Don't let Ben be the only one there!!!

Just worked out the 10 weeks lead up to this event for training purposes - it starts this Sunday for those interested!

Great time to start training, gently build those miles and hills up....

I had been holding off on this, as i had two girls to look after that weekend but that excuse has just been taken away from me. So, can I use the excuse of no training done to date and pretty (too) old to get out of it or would accept another (late) entry?

No excuses here - jump on board you will be very welcome. I only got on my bike for an hour last weekend for the first time this year. You can do the training in 10 weeks easily. Age doesn't matter - we are all a year older since last year! Just register and you will get fit and have fun. See you on the start line

Lovely morning for a cycle, anybody getting out there today? Plan on a ride now followed by a ride out in the van for lunch...

Just passed lots on the Surrey hills on the way back from pompie.

Went out this afternoon, first time out on a bike for don't know how long. Went there and back.

Great start Chris, was really windy down here but managed a few miles..

10 Brazi Bikers to my knowledge all signed up...Ditchling Beacon here we come!

Thought had crossed my mind; I'm assuming (hoping) there will be a lift back to wherever we meet up. I don't really fancy having to cycle back.

We'll sort out the logistics later, but yes, we won't leave you stranded!
