BraziBikers London to Brighton Sunday 19th June 2016

We are nearly there with the sponsorship team! When I last looked it was about 65%, now nearly 100%. Thanks everyone for all the support and Ali's supporters are certainly helping us hugely.
Keep the link out there and remind everyone again that you know if you feel able to ask. I managed to exhaust my family with Walk the Wight last month so have had to be a bit careful...however the support is still there. Getting close.

I've got cash here from work to add , quite a few are opposed to donating themselves through the site so I will add after the event! If I'd given it some thought they could have worn football colours to work for a£2 per head charity donation! Who knows might suggest that for sometime next week.

Charley just donated his pocket money and the target has been reached.

Yay. New tyres arrived today and Ive been trying to sort Ali out with a T-shirt, that matches the team but also encourages by-standers to donate using their cards on Ali's Paypal card reader.

Lets hope the clouds run dry over the next few days!!

I think there is a 'donate by text' option that might be better than stopping to use a card reader @timv could you have a look at sorting a text code?

These are included in our ride packs with a black marker pen could we not add details of how to support us and fix to our tops with safety pins?

I've told the Heart Foundation ride coordinators I'm not departing from London. They quite liked my Tim Peake analogy. Also, the ride I've mapped out is (sort of) shaped like a heart. Ah...

Also, I've raised £100 to add to the total.

Bike's ready, hope I am. Just realised its going to be a lonely and quiet 55 miles.

I dont to worry anyone but I am in Brighton at the moment and the car park you used last year is now occupied by a large film crew. Hope you have an alternative.

Hope everyone else was as lucky with the weather. Saw rain clouds forming but nothing fell. Found the last 10 miles the hardest and the last 5 I had nothing left in the tank, having to peddle a bit then coast a bit then peddle a bit more.
