One Year Ago

This date in 2020 we went on our first (and as it turned out our last) camping trip with Scooby.
Used up some holiday and had a four day weekend - camping at Old Oakes in Glastonbury (very good adult only site so no pesky kids).
Headed first to Weston Suer Mare for a walk on the beach and along the prom, before fish & chips for lunch.

On 13th March 2020 we walked into and spent the best part of the day in Glastonbury

On 14th March 2020 we walked from the campsite to catch the bus into Wells - 'well' worth a visit if you have not been

After catching the bus back to Glastonbury we had an afternoon tea in a little cafe and then walked back to the campsite.
We were going home the next day, but we had a FAB extended weekend and will be back to Glastonbury again
