Right I have booked this date onto next years calendar, so 'she who must be obeyed (sometimes) cannot invite loads of relatives claiming I hadn't booked that particular weekend to go away!! Rant over.

The overall feeling we get from you all,is:

To keep the same vibe and control the growth of the show, we are going to allow only 500 more vans/camping plots to be made available for nextsummer.
Camper Jam will now be pre-book ONLY. There will be no camping tickets issued on the day, only day tickets will be sold on the door. This will allow us to manage the number of toilets, water points, entertainment and security more effectively with a full understanding of how many people we need to take care of, well in advance.
More importantly - As a thank you for pre-booking your tickets last year, we want to issue you with a unique code that will entitle you to £5 off Camper Jam 2012 tickets. The code can be used only once and is valid from 24th – 31st October 2011, inclusive. Your unique code will be sent out before the tickets go on sale.
Tickets will be on sale 10am Monday 24th October so please be quick, as when they're gone they're gone!
It's early days for the 2012 event and the website will be updated with the entire weekend'sgoings on as and when we finalise things. I am pleased to announce already though, two new additions to the show. We are going to be having a third entertainment marquee and a new camping area 'FAMILY Home Is Where You Park It'.

Hi Lilyvdub You will need to pre-book your own tickets but in the Club Camping area As previously stated, hope they have our Club on the list from the start this time If not there may be a box on the form somewhere to enter our Club details - ie. Brazilian VW Bay Club? All the best Rooby Roo

I've emailed the organisers to put us within the selection of clubs. So when you book your own tickets you should be able to select 'Brazilian VW Bay.com' within the dropdown menu.

Not long now before the tickets go on sale. Fingers crossed they've got big servers!
I have asked for Brazilian VW Bay.com to appear in the drop down list in the Club Camping section, however I never received a reply so if we don't appear I suggest you book regular camping and I'll get onto them ASAP about our pitch.
Please reply to this thread when you have booked your tickets so we can get an idea of numbers. Thanks.
