It's not a camper but...

It's not a camper but I loved the photos so I had to share them

A few weeks back we had the opportunity to do a photo shoot for Japanese Performance Magazine in one of our Evo's for a feature against a Subaru Impreza. Needless to say, we jumped at the chance to have a shoot with a professional.

We went to Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground which apparently is where they do the fifth gear tv filming as well as the odd top gear feature. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best but I still think the car has come up looking really well.

I have to say thanks to Michael Ward who was the photographer and Guy who wrote the article and gave us the opportunity

The really strange part was doing all of the action shots:







I had to drive at exactly 30 mph (even though it looks a lot faster in the pics) around a foot away from the Impreza as well as around 2 feet behind the photographer hanging out of the back of a 4x4. It was certainly a surreal experience . Apparently he has fallen out before as well

It was a great experience though, and I really recommend anybody that gets the opportunity to grasp it with both hands.

Thanks Kev. That would certainly make an interesting feature, has it ever been done before in a mag?
