Looking Supershiny there Happyhouse - someone been doing some waxing?! Some clear front indicator lenses too - you'll be needing the clear side reps too no doubt?

This is a great idea and really useful for us guys still pondering over colours etc.
Some great posts so far - no faves to mention - Elspeth would kill for a purple one.
I'm pondering over the idea of getting a Aquabus in an horrendous colour and getting it resprayed with flip flop paint!

got the clear side reps now. Need to keep her (cecilia) waxed as she lives outside at the moment

Surely it's Aqua - which is a shade of blue last time I checked.

I've been reading this thread and others, and can't quite understand what people's aversion to blue vans is. Particularly in scenery like this (up in the Moelwyn mountains here in North Wales):

Does the sun shade at the front "bounce around" much when travelling on motorways and/or at speed?
Scooby also thinks a nice rack at the front always looks good - maybe consider one in the future?

no not really any probs with the visor have more noise and bouncing around from the wheel cover is this normal

Just check that the wheel nuts holding the spare on its bracket are tight - but not so tight as it rubs against the front panel. I use 3 bits of old hosepipe on the bracket to make Max's spare sit slightly in front of his bodywork.

Make sure the clasp for the wheel cover is rotated to the bottom - that way it looks better and allows any water that gets in to drain out the bottom.

yeah i think they may be too tight thats a good idea thanks for the tip ill try it tommorrow the wheel clasp cover is at the bottom now but the spare alloy looks a bit worse for wear so obviously had water in there at some point needs a refurb

The pic was taken last summer in France at a place called Muret-Le-Chateau. A lovely little village in the Aveyron, not far from Rodez in the south. Would recommend travelling to this region it is really fabulous.
