I like the look of these folding directors chairs with folding side table from Just Kampers but worry that two of them they may take up too much room lying flat in the back of Lola.
We bought 3 of these last year. They are excellent. They actually fold very flat when stacked with the added bonus of being as light as a feather. If you can get to the Just Kampers open day this Saturday you'll probably get them a bit cheaper.

There's normally a 10% discount on any thing bought or ordered at the JK open day, so even if they're out of stock you should still get the discount and they will be delivered later when back in stock.
We have two, and find them ideal. When folded and on top of each other in the back, they are no problem, they stay there all summer.
We've also got a fiamma tripod so we can use the table outside, but we got an additional leg 60cm (instead of the 70cm one) to use outside as we found the table a bit high. JK don't seem to stock them anymore but they are available elsewhere on the web)
(JK appear to have two types listed, the one you have linked, and part no J21671, which seem to be identical apart from the logo, they may have those in stock)

Apparently JK are offering 10% off of all orders placed on the day (Sat 8th June 10am-4pm) whether in person or online so you don't even need to be there!
