PostSubject: Room for a newbie?   Room for a newbie? EmptyTue Mar 18, 2014 3:16 pm

Hello, just joined you. I'm the proud owner of an 07 plate Danbury - by the name of Daisy. Got her at the end of last Aug after VW Kampers had brought her over from Ireland & gave her a makeover. Can't wait for the warmer weather when my 2 girls, the dog & myself will be making the most of her. Owning a campervan was always a dream for myself & my husband, but he sadly died of cancer 6 years ago, but I know he'd be happy that the girls and I are living the dream!!! :-)

Always room for a newbie and we're delighted to have you and your family join us.

Whereabouts are you based and more importantly can you make our annual club get-together at the end of May in Banbury? We have loads of kids in our BraziBunch and we're a very friendly bunch.  Basketball

Thank you. Unfortunately 2 weeks ago I booked a week's camping in Cornwall, otherwise we'd have loved to have joined you all. Booked in for the weekend at Camperjam this year if anyone is going?

Lots of us going to Camperjam. Why not pitch up on the Club's area?

Great Idea Abs , am sure if you so wished Sunshine Daisy you could email Camperjam and have yourself pitched with us in the Club area , Just looked at the Camperjam thread and 10 Bays already booked up so it would be a great opportunity to meet up.

I work on the outskirts of (beautiful ?!) Basingstoke in Odiham. You've got Just Kampers near you which is handy and better still have you tried Brand Autos for your servicing? Paul is based in Borden and will keep your campervan in tip top condition.

Love the colour if yours too. We always intended to go for a turquoise respray, but fell in love with the yellow when we saw it!
Still love the turquoise though...... Maybe when we fancy a change!!
