I just had a seized engine with some valve problems sorted out by doug at Dougs vw werks in Angmering, Sussex. What a top fella, he specialises in campers and beetles, really knows his stuff and was super helpful identifying and rectifying what may have become a difficult problem. Can't recommend him highly enough if you are in the south.
