They're available at most of the VW shows. Not sure about the rims, but go for the stainless steel visors as the chrome ones start to rust pretty quick.

Mine were replaced a few months back and one of the rims is rusting already although strangely the other is fine

I got stainless ones from VW heritage I think, they seem OK and the fit was not bad just a 2 on my tourettes scale
