2017 - Brazibays in Somerset!! - Postponed

We are working on a plan for a Brazibay end of season get together in Somerset near Chard toward the end of October.

For anyone who doesn't already know, team Tallulah are in the process of buying a campsite in the area and would like to invite everyone to visit!

We're zeroing in on a date, although it's pretty flexible, and looking at October 21st for a Big Brazibay BBQ, but people are welcome to arrive early and/or stay later, as they wish.

The site should be open through to the end of October, subject to planning permission which we have already applied for. Lots to sort out before we get to October, we will post more details as things progress.

Please let us know if you are interested in coming along and the approx dates (just for reference we won't hold you to them) and I will update the list accordingly.

Sounds great, We will reserve in the diary but no idea whether our van will be delivered in time yet (having a few issues). Hopefully can confirm in a few weeks.

Sounds great, but a bit too far for us for a weekend trip! Good to know a site in that area if we get a chance for a longer trip at some point. Good luck with your new venture, we're very jealous!

Thanks Tallulah much appreciated, its in the diary and if worst happens we can always crash in our tent, so put us down as attending! (will just be the Saturday unfortunately already have plans the Friday night )

25 (ish) of the 36 pitches have electric hookup but they are spread out across the site. When we are closer to final numbers we will look at the spaces around the site and probably use splitters etc so everyone who needs it can get some leccy juice.

I am going to take the week off work from Monday 16th October but will need to be back on Monday 23rd as have to cover staff with Half Term already booked off.

If acceptable to you guys we might travel down as early as Sunday 15th and then leave on Sunday 22nd.

Van going to Neil in October for Red9 and lite steer if all done will try and make it. Tim

Put us down as possibles Tallulah, it would be nice to meet some of you and actually use our Kombi for what it was intended!
