Hi There Does anybody have a recommendation for good value European breakdown cover. Initially really want cover for 2 weeks but if there are any blinding annual deals I would consider them. I searched the site & the last entries were a few years ago so was wondering if anyone has any more recent suggestions. Many Thanks in advance. BH

It might be worth checking if you can add it to your current insurance policy. If you’re with Comfort it’ll be included already.

Just renewed by comfort insurance, UK/euro breakdown cover for the year was an extra £60 which is about the same as 2 weeks of Euro cover from the AA when added to an existing AA breakdown policy.

Some bank accounts include breakdown cover and holiday insurance - ours does but can't remember who it's with.

If you are going through the tunnel their cover is superb. We had the bad luck to have to use their service and they really bent over backwards to make it easy.
Now we have European cover with our bank account. I checked all the conditions & then just relied on it last year.
