| We are in a privileged position in that our Brazi-Bay club is abvwc affiliated. One of the best, most layed back vw shows of the year is held at Stonor Park country house in June and its only abvwc clubs who are permitted to camp over the night before in the country house grounds. | The event organised by the ABVWC - of which Brazilian VW Bay.com is a member. One of the most revered one-day shows on the VW events calendar.
It's an opportunity for all clubs under the ABVWC umbrella to get together.
It would be great if we could support this event as a large group - hopefully we'll have a stand too!

| Right - the details of the show are now all up on the ABVWC website.
There is capacity for a club display of up to 4 vehicles at the show - at a cost of £30 for all 4. This cost will be covered by our club funds, however entry to the show and camping will need to be paid for by individuals.
Camping is available for ABVWC members from noon the day before - a nice opportunity for a group of us to get together. The cost is £13 per head and includes the entry to the show the next day. Under 16s go free.
Day entry to the show on Sunday (0900 - 1630) is £8.
Can I now get a show of hands of folk who a) wish to camp and b) would like to display? We need to get booking the camping sooner rather than later.

| We intend to be there - but we shall be driving in on the day - not sure of time so sorry no for the display. Not sure Scooby is up to standard for a display vehicle - the "R" word you know - would not like to give the wrong impression of Brazilian VW Bays! | Anyone wanting to camp the night before this show please let me know by 9pm Sunday 17th April as we need to get our pitch booked.
It's £13 per adult (including your entry to the show on the Sunday.) Under 16s go free.
I'll need to send a form in representing the club soon after to guarantee a pitch for us.
Should be a lot of fun and this is our parent club.
Folks can send their cheques to me and I'll send them all together with the booking form.

| If you're coming along to VW Expo this weekend - certainly looks like the weather is going to be great - you'll find Campo Braziliano by looking for a red/white/black spinner flag and a Brazilian flag.
