Hi All, just thought I would say hi and introduce myself.
We bought our Brazillian bay around a month ago and have enjoyed a few trips away already. Found some great info on here already and look forward to helping others where I can.
We are based in Leeds.
Already upgraded the steering with Litesteer and installed an Empi shifter, both done at Dubtricks, and wow, what a difference it is to drive now. Also got a shiny new MCJ wheel on it.
Next looking for a full interior overhaul with VanWurks.
Hi & Welcome to the Forum Impressed with the upgrades already complete Doo post a few pics on here when the interior is finished Scooby doo like pics Roo b Roo

Welcome to the forum,
I'm pretty new myself, so this may be a silly question, what's the benefit of an Empi shifter? Is it lower so doesn't interfere with the handbrake when selecting 1st gear?

An upgraded shifter tightens up the movement.

Hi, it’s made a massive difference to the gear change. The gear change feels a lot tighter now and you have a lockout to prevent you accidentally selecting reverse instead of second!

Fitted one 2 years ago, it shortens the throw of the gear stick , so your not travelling all over the interior of the cab with the stick. And its a quick .cheap fix.
