Hi all,
This looks like a great resource - thanks Tim.
I've bought a new water-cooled bay from Danbury, and hope to pick it up in early March. I thought it would be better off under cover there than on my drive for the worst of the winter, but I can't wait to get it now! It will be my first VW, so it's very exciting, and the plan is to try to get across to Ireland for an inaugural trip, perhaps after a trial weekend somewhere more local. I live in Sussex.
Plumped for a fairly vivid Kawasaki Green paint job, which should prevent us from losing it in a crowd!

So have you a name for your new ride yet or are you waiting until you're in posession? I'm thinking "Ninja" already if it's Kawasaki green
I'm in Surrey so maybe we could meet half-way sometime for a cuppa in the vans?!

Hi Tim,
The name hasn't been chosen yet - that probably won't be my decision, though I'll throw your suggestion in to the pot! I'll let you know!
No pictures yet, either. I will post some when possible. I'd like to go visit it before March, so will try to make that happen, and take a camera along too.
