2 years ago I bought some ice from Tesco in Banbury on the way, and the site owners I them into the bottom of there ice cream freezer in the shop until Sat evening.

Great, Thought I'd go to Tesco's Sat if i needed to but that would be great. Just working out some ideas............... don't want to make it too complicated

I seem to recall that Anita's had built a small utility block near the field that had a freezer available.

The freezer wasn't installed at the utility block when we went there for Halloween but there were plans in place. Worth checking.

I've bought some(360) mardi gras carnival beads to sell at the sleepover. All money going to charity.
Those of you that went to the really muddy camperjam a few years back may remember them.
Apparently they improve your looks and dance moves. Please give generously.

Grass pitches are £17 per Kombi per night.

There are just 5 Electric Hook-Up pitches available for the Friday and Saturday nights now that we know the requirements for the show.  These are priced at £18 per Kombi per night.  However, because there is so much competition for these, we have decided that our club charity should benefit from the demand.  Rather than do a lottery we are going to auction these EHU pitches in the form of private message bids to Scooby by 1st May.  If you want an EHU pitch, please pm Scooby – just once – with your highest bid for 2 night's EHU.  The 5 highest bids received by May 1st will each be allocated an EHU pitch at the show and the profit between the £18 per night cost and the bid will be donated to our club charity of Cancer Research.  You must have the EHU for both nights.

The bids will be kept secret until the Saturday afternoon when we will reveal how much your generous contribution has added to the auction total.

Just a gentle reminder Guys if you would like to be in with a chance to have one of the above electric hook ups at the Kombi Sleepover then please send me your bid via a PM by 1st May 2014.

Don't forget the base price of an EHU this year is just £18 per night - so there's a chance that if you just bid 50 pence above that you could bag yourself an EHU for the weekend. Sure it's a gamble but a) you only have to pay the extra if you win one of the pitches and b) our charity gets the long term benefit. I suggest you get bidding!
