| Drove Vincent today as the weather this afternoon was glorious for tootling around the Crystal Palace area. I noticed the brake warning light stayed on. Checked the brake fluid level and decided to hop over to Halfords. Bought the right fluid, DOT 4, topped up and did another tour of South London. It was the right diagnosis as the light went out. Got a few waves and a handshake from a total stranger who loved the van when we stopped for provisions at Tesco Express. "I thought it was one of those new ones" he said. At home now feeling very pleased with ones self. P.S. Read how and what to do on this forum. | |

| In preparation to sell our mini we wanted to swap winter tyres from one set of alloys and put summer tyres on the alloys to be sold with the car.....long story shory (too late!) the bus took 2 sets of alloys with tyres to the tyre garage and returned with one set of alloys with tyres and one set of alloys without tyres and one set of tyres! I don't think any 'normal' car could cope with that load! Well done Phileas! | |
