It's the rail that goes round the top to stop things falling off. You will need to rig up a clamp to hold down the wheel, but it's probably a good idea to try taking the gallery rail off first to check how robust your rack is without it.

| Took Mish to Neil at Litesteer today, he is making up a complete run of new stainless steel coolant pipes, front to back to replace my rusty old ones. He will also make a jig and have them ready for sale in the very near future, watch this space...... | |

| Kosmic went into storage today (until mid-December when the 2 week Christmas jaunt happens) and she went in with her new wooden steering wheel and super shiny Longlife exhaust. Can't wait to get back to Blighty to give her a run. |

| Visited my sister in Marlow and Tallulah insisted on keeping her ribbons on from the wedding on Saturday. Apparently she quite liked wearing green! ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

Indeed, I'm sure she'll get over it once we're back to the regular Ivory or yellow for the next wedding. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

Which exact Meguiars products did you use, Harry? We're looking to do a full clean, wash, polish etc. for Bumble before putting her in her winter overcoat. We're not sure what she had (wax etc.) before we adopted Bumble, so we're going for the full works!

| Meguiars Gold Class Liquid Wax is the favourite around these parts Bumble. Epsom Halfords stock it. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| Yes that's the stuff. A wash, dry and then a good helping of Meguiar's liquid gold. Expensive but I've not found anything better at getting that showroom shine. | |
