The plan is to try it out at the Northern Meet this weekend.
MrsT bought me one a few years back as a birthday gift. It's very easy to use and makes an amazing difference to the most ordinary of foods. I used ours in France last years and the year before too. I know you guys are veggy/fishy rather than meaty, but the humble sausage is completely transformed by 20 mins in the smoker. I've tried most other meats and lots of fish too. King prawns come out really nice as do most types of fish however fish is a bit more delicate so can't deal with the stronger tasting smoke chips. I've got a 'smoking' recipe book somewhere at home, I'll see if I can find it and bring it up north. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

| I bought this new toy.
Does it do anything very different to the square blue single burner. Nope
But it's prettier! |

| washed off interesting green growth from the sliding windows which involved getting the kitchen window to open which it refused to do for a while before I explained it's error.

| I have a whole host of videos that have been emailed me to assist with the gas canister insertion - luckily Gary says he understands them!! - I will report back if successful later - seemingly a large instruction is missing from the instruction book! |

| Sundialsoft - I was shocked but very happy to hear that Tim clears his windows out with a pressure washer - I thought that was a definite no no and was not something I was willing to have admitted to having done - ever - no - not me - well not the car washers down at the gym anyway!! |
