Advice

Hi Everyone,
I have just joined up as I have recently bought mine.

I would really welcome any advice on getting it back into top condition. Also is there any place I could get a manual so I can see how everything works

Unfortunately after a few trips out it has stopped working as the immobiliser has kicked in. Have had the AA out and a local car locksmith who have not managed to fix it. Any suggestions in very simple terms would be appreciated

Hi Welcome to the forum
Have you searched “immobiliser” there are many posts on it.

Is your camper Air cooled? What’s its name. (Before it broke down). Any pic? Can you put a bit more detail in your data.

Check that you followed the starting procedure correctly. I can’t imagine AA making a mistake but some garages have done as per some posts.
How did it brake down! Have you got it back home?
There is one post just recently that I guess maybe your issue. But it maybe something else

Others more technical than I might also be able to help, but the search function is a good place to start

Will go through the search engine later. As you can see I have now added a photo. I have yet to come up with a name! It is air-cooled

Fortunately I have tracked someone down who managed to override the immobiliser. Phew
