I'm very surprised that a franchised dealer has that for sale as Volkswagen have told all European dealers to treat Kombis as grey imports. I wonder if the fact it's not 'new' relinquishes them of that ruling? Still, it will undoubtedly draw a crowd from them looking at the rest of the range - which is good news regardless. I'd be curious about who would honour the warranty. I'd imagine the dealership is covering that. Volkswagen are unlikely to.

I wonder what their servicing costs for a Danbury supplied T2 are then?
They couldn't under-cut Danbury surely? Can't imagine any deal would allow for that if they are 'official' dealers. This one'll be interesting to watch.

We bought our Danbury Diamond from Brownhills an official dealer!!!!! and experienced quite a few problems ie the dealer really did not know one end of the van from the other also totally unaware about the warranty only supported by danbury if Danbury services it. And also Brownhills servicing was about half the price. Tim
