Indeed and when I win I'll have the kettle on whilst waiting for kiteman to catch up. Enjoy your new ride mate! ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay

Think you might need a nice little Eriba Puck (colour co-ordinated of course) behind that for camping!!?? Cool ride for two - but what about the dogs? ________________________________________________________________________________ Proud winners of Spike's Trophy 2017 Scooby - Born To Run

No way to achieve 'spider' on the road. The roof arches are heavy and have to be left at home on a purpose made hanger. So really a rare sight. However, with the arches left in place the Pluriel is very much an electrified 2CV. Just the turn of a knob whilst driving to open back the stages of the cloth roof. Very convenient open-air motoring. (The new DS3 Cabrio has the same cloth roof but no removable arches) osg

osg Indeed I think the Pluriel was marketed as 'the new 2CV' when it was introduced. The DS3 is actually a very good car imo. Helped a mate buy one last year and I was very impressed with it. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay

Yes, and the DS3 Cabrio has THREE (but small) rear seats - unique in its class of convertables, I think. osg

Steady on old chap, that Defender of yours could be said to be in the same category Any way, the new one is from the same stable! | Nothing boring about my Defender - for all sorts of reasons! It may be from the same stable but I suspect its more of a Shire than a thoroughbred. ________________________________________________________________________________ Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder

| Came with a hair's breadth of buying this today: Mrs B gave the green light, but after much discussion, we decided that shortage of space and too much Lancashire rain meant the sensible thing to do was to walk away. ________________________________________________________________________________ Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder
