We escaped to Co Durham last weekend for a trial run with the new awning.

Despite the weather (it was very wet) we had a great time in the Land of the Prince Bishops. I'd recommend Doe Park - very welcoming and a well cared for site. Oh, and two pubs within walking distance of the park.

Our of interest, did you use the pegs that came with it to peg the guys into the hardstanding?
