That's a brill idea - Family businesses eh , our eldest son Conor has been working for our family business since he finished his A levels 2 years ago , also have our daughters partner Jon , our nephew and our youngest Kai , who is 15 , reckons he is as well .
Hoping Steve can retire with all the family on board and we can go off in Scooby !!!

Funny you should say that. We were at the BIBA conference in London a few years ago when an exhibitor suddenly shouted over the crowds of brokers milling past the stands, "Mr Whittle, Mr Whittle".

We went over to see him and he'd recognised my business partner from his caricature on the website - frightening because we reckon it looks more like Willo the Wisp!

Finally managed to get into Scooby to get our play plates,although on the proper ones now have scooby at the bottom like these !!!!

When Herbie The Lovebug lived with me I used to have his UK number plates and OFP857 California plates interchangeable by using 3M dual lock fasteners. This meant I could swap plates over in less than a minute, yet the fasteners had incredible strength and were waterproof. I was given them by an engineering mate. Might be a good solution for you if you want to show off Scooby's new plate regularly.

Steve and I were discussing what to do next year and have decided perhaps we should replace the rear bumper as it was damaged when we bought 'scooby' few years ago and we have never got around to it , I reckon steve was thinking no point as I would reverse etc... and damage it more....... Can you get them anywhere else than Danbury ???

Having your existing bumper stripped, repaired and rechromed will likely be far less expensive than buying a new one.

Which is ridiculous of course because they are simply the original bumpers chromed. Chroming is pricey. Get quotes.

EvoFylde - the door pockets are available from Just Kampers. Our next door neighbour in Leyland did our dash for us.

Hi EvoFylde - yes we got the door handles from just kampers , they are ok but not exactly the right size for a can of coke, ok for books , bottles etc....
We had them painted and the dashboard taken out and painted so it all matched.

I like the result - didn't have any problem finding people to do it.
