Go for the medium which is to fit a 40" chest. I'd say you would be a close to a 38" chest. Do you normally go for mediums TimV would be a medium size for comparison | |

| I bought an Xl which was huge but i washed it on hot and it has shrunk down to probably a large...so it is now baggy. I am afraid I do not know the chest sizes of the men or women on the forum to give you a comparison..unlike some!  M. | |
