......What started as a little family summer fun is now blossoming into a small rental company (in the Netherlands)
Hello I'm a expat living in the Netherlands, I've recently purchased two great examples of LHD water cooled Brazilians (Lady J and Olive) from members of this forum (nice people and great vehicles).
I'm looking for a third vehicle to add to the fleet, so if you are ready to sell your LHD then please contact me, cash waiting for good clean example. ideally your vehicle will be 4 birth, not older than 2009, and have its original suspension set up (prefer not to have a dropped version).
please contact me via this forum..

Good call.
Any particular reason as to why it must be watercooled?

Hi Rp, glad to see you got home safely. Did you manage to get your fish and chips? It's good to know that Olive will be enjoyed by many people in your rental business. Good luck for the future.

For anyone possibly selling your LHD, dealing with Rp was very simple and straightforward. There was no hassle whatsoever and he was true to his word on transferring funds etc. If anyone needs assurance pm me.

Thanks for the recommendations , we did get those fish and chips in the end……and it is still something that I can’t find a replacement for in the Netherlands
On the reason for the water-cooled its more to do with the target audience, there’s a great Beetle scene over here but buses are seriously out numbered, air-cooled is generally viewed as something only for the die-hards, I’ve come to understand the Dutch a little over the years, a serious no fuss crowd especially when it comes to their holidays.
When we first brought home lady J our entire street was a buzz with interest, and it was the water-cooled engine that grabbed them, somehow water cooled is viewed as more reliable, so given the money I’m investing I just want to please the locals
Personally I have no real preference, we have a 1965 air-cooled ourselves so we go both ways (so to speak), great site by the way, really useful information with helpful people.

Thanks for the clarification. However, I think you'll find the Aircooled Kombi is just as reliable as the Watercooled. Each variant has its strengths and weaknesses.

Thanks, I did see that Ian had one for sale but unfortunately it's has lowered suspension, my rental customers prefer as close to stock as possible, including things like steel wheels.
