Gear stick advice Empty
PostSubject: Gear stick advice    Gear stick advice EmptyMon Nov 18, 2024 5:33 pm

Hello,

I've been advised that I need a new gear stick by the mechanic who looks after my van. This will be the second time I've had to replace it and would like to know what types are suitable. The only advice I was given was 'buy a good one'!!

HELP

Lesley

Is that what you have? I looked at one on Heritage Parts Centre, but they said it wasn't compatible! Can you tell me the specific one?

Yes I have the csp one. Had the original. Changed to the empi one. Then changed to the csp one.
The one Tomw had highlighted is the one I have but mine is a left hand drive.
So much better gear change

I was speaking to someone today about this one and he said he found it to be quite narrow and stiff. Do you find that?
