Yes there are. Unfortunately all the hookup pitches are gone, but we still have 7 non-hookup pitches available. Please let me know if you need a booking number.

Nice one... well we've been on the forum quite a while now and seeing its in our back yard almost it'd be rude not to make the effort... So yes wed like a booking number please. just let me know what to do with it then please.

Hi Tim, your booking number is 205563. Call Greenhills on 01629-813052, tell them that you are booking with the BrazilianVWBay group for June 10th to 12th (or longer if you wish), and give them your booking number. They may or may not ask for a deposit, just make a note of what you have paid in advance. Please let me know when you have booked, glad you can join us.

If you are looking for a gentle ride, you might like the Monsal Trail.

I haven't put together a full programme for the weekend yet, but we will need to set off on our Sunday cruise to the Tramway Museum early enough for those (including yourself) who will have a long drive home afterwards. I am also thinking that the Monsal Trail might be a good option for Saturday, by bike or on foot according to personal preference.

Looks like a good suggestion, Voyager. I suggest we keep the usual fluid plan of a Northern Chapter Meet.

Are there still any places left for the meet up, we couldn't confirm till next week as waiting on our sons school admissions day which may be the Saturday and therefore wouldn't be able to make it. But good to know if any places left just in case?

I'm sure there will be space for you, albeit without hook up. Voyager will be along with details in due course.

We currently have 5 non-hookup pitches available. We may be able to get more if those are filled, but can't guarantee yet.

It looks as if we are going to have far more attendees than I expected, so I plan to offer some suggestions for Saturday activities and leave people to choose what they want to do in small or large groups. On Sunday I hope that we can organise everybody together for the cruise to the Tramway Museum at Crich, that should be quite a sight.

I'm really looking forward to the Kruise. We might stay an extra night so that we can bring the trailer and not have to tow it to the museum.

Amidst all the giddiness about the Sleepover, don't forget the Northern Chapter Meet! We now have 17 confirmed bookings, 3 allocated booking numbers, and 5 booking numbers so far unallocated. Please let me know if you wish to book, because I will soon have to give up any booking numbers that have not been allocated. Also, could JLS62, Lilyvdub and URmysunshine please let me know once you have booked?

What a success this has become. I'm hoping that every one has such a good time that we can lure a few back when we move slightly more north next year.

Martin, just wondering as ive not been to a meet before, will there be kennels available for our whippet's?
