Tatton Park VW Show - Sunday 7th August

We usually miss this event because we're away, but we've got nothing booked in yet, so I thought we'd attend this year.

I know Skooby goes every year - does anyone fancy joining us on a Club stand if we can get a slot?

I've just replied but its disappeared for some reason.

My question was, we've not done a club stand before, What's the format please?

Timmm - just turn up, park with the rest of us and answer questions if asked. There's no need to stay with the vans all day - you can go off and wander round the show.

It's quite important not to hit anyone who says the Brazilians aren't real VWs...

I've registered us for a Club area - I've said 4-5 vans at this stage but we can firm up numbers later. If you're going to attend please confirm on here and I'll update the first post.

Just looked at the shows format and apparently there is a theme for the clubs and this year it is Western. Now being from Yorkshire that means Liverpool is as west as it gets from us but im not dressing up as a Beatle, Paul O'Grady.... or Ken Dodd.

So, are we to dress up? or are we going as we are?

Skooby is always keen on Fancy Dress...
