hi all does anyone know where i can get a replacement nut for one of the bolts on my curved roof rack as it appears to have fallen off.?
Do you mean the individual slats, or fixing to the roof?
For the former, I 'lost' one while re-varnishing it, so needed to buy a pack at B&Q - 4x45mm pack of bolts and nuts, zinc plated (ref AVF - 853708), called machine screw, pan head slotted.

I once spent a morning trying to get the clamps to undo, the nut on the inside was just spinning, and no way was I able to get a spanner on it, so in the end I jammed a piece of rod against it.
The problem was that the flare of the inner plate is too wide, and any rust on the nut just makes it spin, so once it was off, I replaced the square nut with a wing nut, but reversed so it jammed against the side to stop it spinning.
If you need a bolt for the clamp, screwfix do 'socket cap screws' which are the ones with the allen key head.
